IN NO EVENT SHALL DOOR DECOORE LLC'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID, IF ANY, TO DOOR DECOORE LLC FOR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICES DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTH PERIOD PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($1,000.00).

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or the services provided by Door Decore LLC shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Denton County, Texas. You consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts and waive any objection to venue in such courts.
